Registration
Before placing an order, you must complete our customer registration process. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. You may update, edit, or terminate your account at any time via the Site. Your account is personal and non-transferable; you are not permitted to maintain more than one active account. If you use a workplace email address, you are responsible for adhering to any rules or policies that apply to that email or your workplace facilities.
Placing an Order for Products
To purchase our frozen food products, you must submit your order through the Site. Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase the items at the price displayed (including applicable taxes, delivery, and other charges) at the time the order is made. We may require additional information or confirmation to process your order, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date details when requested.
Payment
We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. Please ensure that your payment is made promptly to confirm your order. Other payment options, including credit card payments, are under development and may be offered in the future. If any items become unavailable after your order is placed and you do not wish to receive a substitute, the items will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued accordingly.
Product Availability and Quality
While we strive to maintain optimal stock levels and quality for our frozen food products, unforeseen circumstances—such as supply chain issues—may affect availability. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss alternative options or cancellation.
Handling Frozen and Perishable Items
Due to the nature of frozen and perishable products, proper handling and storage are critical. We utilize industry-standard cold chain management practices—including specialized packaging and refrigerated transport—to maintain product quality. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that products are received promptly and stored according to the provided guidelines. CWFD is not liable for any quality issues that arise from delayed collection or improper storage after delivery.
Cold Chain Management and Storage
Upon collection or delivery, please inspect your order immediately. Products must be stored in appropriate freezer conditions as specified in the product guidelines. Once products leave our controlled environment, CWFD cannot guarantee their continued quality if the storage instructions are not followed.
Acceptance and Rejection of an Order
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including errors in product descriptions or pricing, or if the products are unavailable. Each accepted order constitutes a separate binding agreement for the supply of products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will be notified promptly if your order is rejected.
Collection and Delivery
For orders placed with CWFD, you agree to adhere to the specified collection or delivery procedures. For self-collection, you may be required to present photographic identification. If a third party collects your order, they must provide proof of identity and any required payment details. For deliveries, please ensure that someone is available to receive the products at the scheduled time. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in order cancellation.
Risk and Title
The risk associated with the products passes to you upon collection or delivery from CWFD. Title to the products transfers upon the later of payment or physical collection/delivery.
Cancellation of an Order
We reserve the right to cancel any order—whether pending or accepted—if products become unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product details on the Site, or if you breach these terms and conditions. In such cases, you will receive reasonable notice and any payment made (including applicable packing or handling fees) will be fully refunded. If you cancel an accepted order, a cancellation fee (or the actual costs incurred by CWFD, including charges related to perishable products) may apply.
Fees and Charges
You are responsible for paying the purchase price of each product, along with any applicable packing fees, cancellation fees, and other charges. All fees include GST where applicable and are quoted in Australian dollars. The purchase price displayed at the time of ordering is final, subject to any adjustments for unavailable products.
Delivery
Our delivery timeframe reflects the complexities involved in transporting frozen goods. For local deliveries (Sydney and surrounding areas), delivery is estimated within 0–4 working days. For locations beyond this radius—including areas such as Wollongong, the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie—delivery may take between 7–14 days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or logistical challenges, may cause delays.
Liability and Indemnity
CWFD takes all reasonable measures to ensure the quality and safety of our frozen food products. However, once products have been collected or delivered, the responsibility for proper storage and handling passes to you. CWFD will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of products resulting from delays in collection or improper storage conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold CWFD harmless from any claims arising out of your failure to comply with these storage or handling instructions.
